Process

From inquiry to implementation

1

Inquiry & clarification of requirements

The customer describes the component, tool or issue and provides drawings, CAD data or initial requirements.

2

Data review & feasibility

Technical documents, tolerances, material, surfaces and possible optimizations are reviewed.

3

Consultation & coordination

Requirements, manufacturing route, project scope and the most economical solution are coordinated.

4

Design & CAM

The tool, mold or component is designed and manufacturing steps are prepared digitally.

5

Manufacturing and quality

Machining is carried out using suitable processes and is safeguarded by measurement and inspection processes.

6

Handover & optimization

After inspection, sampling or documentation, the handover or optimization takes place.
